Spammers and viruses often use a technique, called "header spoofing".

Due to a flaw in the global e-mail system itself, it is possible to send messages, using any address in the Return-Path and FROM e-mail headers, and thus the messages can appear to come from any e-mail address. Spammers and viruses utilize this flaw to a full extent - they detect an existing domain name, and start sending messages to random addresses at it, using other random addresses as a Return-Path of the spam messages - their goal is to trick the recipient to read their messages or open the attachments

However, a revision of the message headers can determine that its headers were spoofed.

The sender of the message seems to be the IP that you already noticed - 61.183.248.94

Unfortunately, nothing can be done to stop this, as the flaw is in the e-mail system itself. Note that no one will consider you "a spammer" because all spam preventing authorities are well aware of this flaw.
